Following the latest government guidance, we would like to take the opportunity to reaffirm and expand on our existing guidance and infection control measures. We are working hard to reduce risk and protect the health, safety and well-being of our staff and customers.

Our team are following the latest advice from the UK Government, the NHS and Public Health England (PHE) regarding SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).

  • Please do not attend training if you or a member of your household, have symptoms of COVID-19 or have had symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days. These symptoms include: new and persistent cough, fever and loss of smell and/or taste.
  • Learners are asked to comply with the NHS Track & Trace programme and notifying appropriately should they develop symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Please contact us if you, or a member of your household, display symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days of attending your last day of training.
  • Courses involving high-levels of physical interaction over extended periods may be subject to daily rapid lateral flow testing prior to the start of training.

We’re also implementing the following control and safety measures:

  • Limiting course sizes
  • Social distancing and limited physical contact
  • Availability of Type IIR FRSM (surgical masks)
  • Encouraging hand washing with soap and water
  • Increasing 70% alcohol hand gel availability
  • Temperature checks on arrival
  • Pre-arrival questionnaire
  • No personal shall be permitted to attend if they meet current self-isolating guidelines
  • Enhanced cleaning routines
